With more patients starting to return back into GP surgeries, minimising contact with receptionists and cutting down queue times, are a priority for most. Whilst there are several providers of touchscreens on the market, we offer a simple and cheaper solution, utilising the inbuilt ‘Appointment Checkin’ module within SystmOne.

For surgeries using SystmOne as their clinical application, we offer a fully managed, fully secure, patient check in / touchscreen solution.

We are one of the first patient check in solution providers to offer a fully managed package – by this we mean, we will update the device, ensuring it has the latest Windows Updates installed, ensure it has the latest anti-virus software and definitions on, as well as provide a full IT support package to go with it. Our team proactively manage and monitor the performance of your touchscreen, addressing issues in the background, before you even realise.

  • Allowing patients to easily mark themselves as arrived for their appointment,
  • Over 40 languages options available for your patient demographic
  • Let patients know where they have to wait for their appointment
  • Share information with the patient on who they’ll be meeting, what room, what number in the queue they are and make them aware of any potential waiting delays
  • Provide a late arrivals message giving instructions on what patients should do if running behind.

Our solution comprises of a Dell 24″ 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, All in One device, which can be wall, desk or floor mounted. Running the ‘SystmOne Appointment Check-in’ module, our screens fully integrate with your clinical system, marking patients as arrived without the need of speaking to a receptionist.

We supply, install* and configure the device within your surgery, whilst providing ongoing support for years to come.
